  • Refunds can be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content.

  • Refund requests will not be accepted once over 20% of the course has been accessed.

• Webinars (Live or Recorded):

  • Registrations for live webinars are non-refundable if canceled within 48 hours of the webinar start time or after the live session has begun.

  • If a webinar is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund or a free rescheduling option.

• Refund Processing:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
